Default Item Storage and Crafting

Hi, I'm new to Guild Wars. I played yesterday for a bit, I got to level 4. I was wondering if there is a place like a stash or a bank where I can store my items. I asked this question in-game but got no answer. Also I would like to consult a crafting guide, is there such thing?

Thanks in advance!

Cool

There is vault with storage space for 20 items shared by all your characters available for a one time fee after you join the academy.

Don't expect to get lots of storage space in a game with no monthly fee.

Crafting guide? Only NPC's do crafting, and mostly armor. Look at the knwoledge base for this site to find information about it.
